Who handles your information

Omnivex Intelligence is a division of UlitoCorp Pty Limited, ABN 52 691 665 960. Contact contact@omnivex.au about privacy, access, corrections or complaints.

Information you provide

Enquiries collect your name, company, email, phone, site address, service needs and enquiry details. MyAlarm checkout collects customer and billing details, the site name and address, and an optional panel serial number. Please do not enter alarm codes, passwords or payment-card details in enquiry forms.

How it is used

Information is used to respond, assess compatibility, prepare quotes, arrange service, administer subscriptions and keep service records. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. Required fields let us understand and respond to your request; without them we may be unable to process it.

Service providers and storage

The website and enquiry records use Cloudflare. Payments and billing use Stripe; payment-card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not collected by our enquiry forms. The planned ServiceM8 connection sends enquiry and activation details into our staff workflow when enabled. These providers may process information outside Australia, including the United States. Contact us for details relevant to your request.

Website resources

The current site loads fonts from Google Fonts and stock images from Pexels. Your browser contacts those services to load these resources. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this version.

Retention and requests

Records are kept for responding to enquiries, delivering services, administering accounts and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We will acknowledge the concern, investigate it and respond. Identity verification may be needed before releasing or changing records. This statement will be updated when the website's handling practices change.
