Before you contact us.

Identify your equipment

Find the manufacturer and model in your handover documents or the equipment information screen. Include the site name and Omnivex job reference if available. Do not send alarm codes or passwords.

Describe an issue clearly

Include when the problem started, what you were trying to do and any message shown on screen. A screenshot with personal information removed can help. Tell us whether the issue affects one device or the whole system.

Request CCTV playback or export guidance

Tell us the recorder or app model, the date and time of the footage, and the camera involved. Export steps differ between systems; ask for the guide for your installed equipment. Keep an original copy of exported footage.
